The fourth edition of the Controlling Pathway, the path of training that offers the theoretical/practical skills on Management Control issues common to all companies, held by our Senior Consultant Silvia Cuter.
The course will be held in six one-day modules, which will be held at our premises, and can also be joined individually. Each module will include theoretical notions, practical exercises, time for discussion among participants, in-depth discussions with external speakers, and testimonials from specialists in Management Control.

During the course you will learn all the concepts necessary to implement management control in the company and establish a Controlling office; identify the required figures and skills needed; define data collection, analysis and reporting; and analyze margins by size and check variances.
