On the afternoon of Thursday, November 25, the presentation of The Good People School was held within the beautiful setting of MO.CA – Palazzo Martinengo Colleoni in Brescia.
The Good People School is our new project dedicated to networking and training, created with the aim of breaking down silos and overcoming differences and individualism to pursue a common vision and work together for the success of projects, while acquiring new skills that are also useful for one’s personal growth.
The event
The event began at 4:30 p.m., under the expert moderation of trainer Phil Taylor.
At the opening, our President Francesco Brunelli told about Regesta’s motivations for starting The Good People School.
In fact, over the years of work and experience, problems and critical issues encountered during the project phase were collected, making it necessary to react proactively to resolve them. We initially tried to act on ourselves, acting within our organizational model.
In fact, it is part of the Regesta DNA to not only train on technical topics, but to bring the culture for the development of more relational and human skills. So why not also open the doors of the Regesta training approach to the people who are part of our system, who collaborate on our projects? Our clients, in fact.
This was followed by a talk by actress and author Sabrina Paravicini, who recounted the importance of teamwork in putting together a project as large and ambitious as filmmaking. Specifically, she brought her testimony regarding the conception and recording of Be Kind – A Gentle Journey into the World of Diversity., a film shot together with his son Nino Monteleone, about how kindness is the only way to truly connect with others.
Next, Giorgio Grazioli, Regesta partner, and Paola Beschi, Regesta people manager, spoke about the details of The Good People School, from the concept related to the name and brand, to the different paths dedicated to vertical and transversal skills.
The event then concluded with a Networking Cocktail.
“From system integrator to people integrator: this is the possibility toward which we aim to evolve through the constructive contribution of people, who have always been an integral part of our DNA.”
You can access The Good People School pathways through an annual membership that allows you to choose the proposals best suited to your aptitudes and interests. The program is full of opportunities: in fact, in addition to technical courses, the program includes seminars, workshops, panel discussions and many other opportunities to network and make new connections.
