SEI Laser has been designing and producing application-specific integrated solutions based on laser technology for more than 40 years.

Thanks to the SAP Sales and Service Cloud solution, implemented with the support of Clarex and Regesta, the company has created a single storage for sales and technical information that allows it to monitor current activities, plan future ones, and share data within the entire organization.

 

The project also improved Customer Service, which has always been a critical and distinctive activity for the company.

Each machine is equipped with an app that allows direct opening of service tickets, reporting any errors detected and technical data. This reduces intervention time, thanks to automatic registration in the system.

Integration with the management system has made it possible to automate some of the warehouse records; for example, installation reports filled out by technicians directly at the customer’s site generate downloads directly from the spare parts warehouse.
