At the heart of the innovation is theAI-Optimised Furnace Loading Assistant. Using SAP AI Core and SAP Generative AI Hub, the solution analyzes video streams of scrap loading in real time, correlating the images with operational data from the electric arc furnace. This enables optimization of energy, oxygen and carbon parameters for increasingly efficient and self-regulated melting.
