On Friday, May 27, we celebrated our first 15 years TOGETHER in the wonderful setting of Brescia’s Teatro Grande.
With the show “Italia Mundial” by Federico Buffa, accompanied on piano by Federico Nidi, we celebrated this important milestone together with colleagues, clients, partners and friends.
Regesta 15 years TOGETHER
There is a famous proverb that says: “If you want to go fast, run alone. If you want to go far, run together with someone.” And looking back on Regesta’s history, on the occasion of our 15th anniversary, this very simple concept has been one of our guiding principles.
Regesta was born in Brescia from the meeting of six partners: Francesco Brunelli, Giorgio Grazioli, Francesco Nassini, Valentino Paderni, Stefano Pagliarini and Alessandro Vistali, all with consulting experience in the IT sector behind them. It is 2007, and the first Regesta core has taken shape.
There were only a few of us, it is true, but the goal was very clear: to build anIT company that could put people at the center.
The key words from the outset are therefore, collaboration, sharing, listening. Values that have become the foundation on which Regesta of the future can be built and have become part of our manifesto and DNA.
Regesta thus begins to delineate itself as a group of young, passionate people, always ready for new challenges and looking for talent, to encourage them in the pursuit of creativity innovation. Ethics, training and high professionalism are the principles that have always guided us, while maintaining an informal atmosphere of connections and contact.
With this in mind, an organizational chart has almost naturally been created that is different from those usually found within companies: around the beating heart composed of the CDA, teams and committees composed of the Regesta People are distributed without hierarchy.
And this approach, of working side by side, we have also brought it to our outside, from the clients who have collaborated and still collaborate with us.
The goal? To create lasting relationships and partnerships, constantly supporting companies that have decided to embark on the Digital Transformation path.
Thus, in 2010 came the achievement of the first major goal: to become an SAP Partner, soon establishing ourselves as a local point of reference for the implementation of its solutions dedicated to business digitization, especially with regard to metallurgical companies, a production sector of great relevance in the Brescia area.
Throughout these 15 years together, we never stopped believing that a new way of operating in the IT market was possible, building a sustainable business model first and foremost for people. People who today number more than 170 and work side by side every day with commitment and passion to bring digital transformation to the heart of businesses.
However, for us, this anniversary is only one step on the path we have embarked on – that of Digital Transformation – confident that there are many more to come, with the same enthusiasm that has motivated us from day one and allowed us to cross this important milestone.
