Roberto De Miranda says, “We chose to implement a new ERP system like SAP because it allows us a very strong integration between companies, processes, procedures and people. Kudos to both SAP and system integrator Regesta because we have created a product configurator that is extremely efficient and effective precisely to achieve what I at the strategic level saw as the big goal, which is to have all the corporate know-how in the group’s systems.”
Central elements of this project are precisely the product configurator and the advanced management control system: innovations that simplify planning and production specifications, providing valuable data for more responsive management to market dynamics.
With the support of partners Regesta and Clarex, the new SAP S/4HANA cloud system was implemented with a simultaneous Go Live for 9 ORI Martin Group companies, involving 4 production plants and integrating all business processes.
Chiara Beghi emphasizes, “We chose Regesta and Clarex because of their expertise and rootedness in our territory. The professionalism and preparation of their consultants made possible a single Go Live for all companies in the group, integrating all business processes.”
Natale Gaudenzi concludes, “Thanks to the immediate business performance data provided by SAP, we are able to handle customer requests with delivery accuracy and unify the codes of about 7,000 items, improving warehouse management.”
