Processes and tools to support the role of controller
The course aims to describe the basic concepts of management control and then contextualize them within the SAP system.
This is not a technical/informatics course: it will be mainly an overview of typical management control activities and processes, and at the same time the right opportunity for those who hold the role of Controller in the company to share experiences and discuss the critical issues of this function.
The course will take place on January 22, 2019 in Regesta in the Leonardo Da Vinci auditorium at Via A.Panigada 15
