In the summer of 2021, we decided to participate in the Link&Lead project, a corporate employee engagement platform, with the aim of driving and stimulating participation on LinkedIn by our employees by forming brand ambassadors and thus incentivizing social selling.
There were three main objectives:
- Strengthen employees’ digital communication skills to turn them into brand ambassadors
- Strengthen, digital communication and, on the HR side,employer branding
- Increase the number of page followers
All of this, of course, was supported by intensive training delivered through video tutorials with tests to acquire ranking points, which enabled individual participants to learn general rules of business on LinkedIn.
