CucinAlink was held on Tuesday, November 16: 13 members of our Alink team participated in a cooking class with Chef Marco Martinelli, world champion of gourmet ice cream and professor at the Mantegna (BS) High School of Hospitality, where the evening was held.
The idea was born out of a desire to make something together, developing creativity and manual skills and taking home some insights to improve processes, dynamics and team collaboration.
Marco is in fact the creator of the so-called“kitchen-with” (the opposite of“kitchen-without”), where everyone should be able to participate and be involved in the preparation and convivial moment of sharing a meal, without excluding anyone.

The menu for the evening CucinAlink:

  • homemade casoncelli stuffed with ricotta and spinach
  • homemade pizzoccheri
  • pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto
