We announce, with great pride, our entry as a donor in theAlliance for Culture, the public-private pact that, within a medium- to long-term time horizon, allows Fondazione Brescia Musei to enhance the city’s artistic museum heritage and support major cultural communication events.
“We have joined Culture Alliance, explains Francesco Brunelli, president of Regesta,”because we feel close to our city and these initiatives make it more alive. We were born, raised and educated in Brescia. The first clients who trusted us were Brescians. Today we have the opportunity to give back some of what we received. And in a different way, with initiatives that help people enjoy themselves, grow, open their minds. These are all aspects that we also focus on within our company and are part of our DNA.”
“The entry of the new donors into the Alliance for Culture ratifies the success of this approach to genuine project sharing between the institution Fondazione Brescia Musei and the private individuals who are part of this network.” says Stefano Karadjov, director of Fondazione Brescia Musei. “To support, so that they can really perform in terms of success, quality and resonance, the cultural initiatives of Brescia Musei, be they an exhibition, a publishing activity, an outdoor cinema or a cycle of conferences on the museum system: in this way, the private sector enters the field in the Foundation’s most important enhancement actions, the extraordinary ones that give greater impetus to Brescia Musei’s planning by assisting the City Council and the other founding entities of Brescia Musei that guarantee ordinary activities, continuous museum fruition and the improvement of related services. A virtuous model that in these two years of application has seen us witness its operation in more than thirty national tables interested in understanding how to replicate on other territories this satisfactory liaison public-private.”

The membership format is based on the idea that expenses related to the ordinary activities and operation of the museums are guaranteed by the concession in place between the City of Brescia and the Brescia Musei Foundation, while the Alliance Partners for Culture contribute to extraordinary activities and the organization of special initiatives, as well as to the transformation of museum sites.
The cornerstones around which the alliance revolves are: the Board of Institutional Partners, i.e., entities, foundations, educational and research institutions, and representative associations, devoted to the economic and infrastructural development of the territory, and a large group of companies, almost forty, that have grasped the spirit of the project and approved its support and that are today united in the Donor Club of the Brescia Musei Foundation.
Another central element of the project is the Active participation in city museum life. Alliance partners will preferentially participate in all program events and become facilitators themselves, organizing networking initiatives with their own relational networks.
Regesta, therefore, is now part of the 37 businesses in the area that have chosen to support the Foundation’s activities precisely because of this new project, which leverages a strong feeling of belonging to Brescia’s cultural history and a desire to tighten relations with the community even more than in the past: the contribution of businesses in this area is nothing new, but the strength of the Alliance has convinced so many stakeholders to get involved, making investment in culture an element of the corporate social mission.
