Today we hosted fourth and fifth grade students from IIS Vincenzo Capirola in Leno for PMI DAY, the annual meeting organized by Confindustria.
The kids found out what we are all about, how we carry out our work and what working life is like inside Regesta.
Our people manager, Paola Beschi, introduced SAP, explained what the possible job outlets are, and talked about the business culture in Regesta.
Our colleagues Sabina, Adele and Andrea talked about how their work is done, how it is organized and the main critical issues of the projects, explaining what personal skills they have that enable them to cope with difficulties in order to successfully complete their tasks.
The young people not only showed a lot of interest in the topics covered, but were participatory throughout the presentations, with speeches and questions. At the end of the meeting Paola asked for their impressions of the morning, here are some testimonials:
