We were selected among the 30 winning companies of“Factory of the Future,” the ideas competition launched last September by Confindustria Brescia, on the occasion of the year of Bergamo Brescia Italian Capital of Culture 2023. It is a container of all the best practices experienced and carried out by Brescia companies, in terms of welfare, sustainability, human capital, innovation, industrial relations and more generally the virtuous relationship between business and territory.
Specifically, Regesta was awarded excellence in the WELFARE category for projects dedicated to the well-being of #RegestaPeople in the workplace.
In fact, the award was won thanks to our Digital Wellbeing project created in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. In collaboration with Alessio Carciofi (professor, author and senior advisor in Corporate Digital Wellbeing), moments of listening and learning new digital skills were created to increase well-being and prevent employee stress and burn out. This was followed by a playbook on hybrid work that would provide possible ways forward to return to investing in relationships in the company.

The installation of the “Factory of the Future” project will see the light of day at the Brescia Water Park in Largo Torrelunga, the city park dedicated to environmental sustainability and managed by AmbienteParco: the inauguration is scheduled for May 26. Inside, the selected ideas will be transformed into multimedia files, inserted in the 5 stations that will characterize the path within the “Factory of the Future,” a real physical structure, an expression of the synthesis of the various best practices of the companies that won the Ideas Competition.
For Brescia it is a unique opportunity to represent and demonstrate, once again, the quality of doing that is typical of the people of Brescia, a doing capable of intelligence, competence and commitment, enriched by important values that derive from the mixture of a scientific and technological culture, but also a humanistic and artistic one: a culture of work, which combines research, innovation, experimentation, sustainability and solidarity momentum.
