Proceedings of the conference Industry 4.0 – Is Italy awake?
As of September 2016, data collection began for the second edition of this research, entitled Impresa 4.0: the digital transformation of manufacturing. With this second snapshot, the results of which are summarized in the attachments on this page, we are going to update the state of the art of the 4.0 phenomenon in our country, capturing the evolutionary directions underway and highlighting the path of maturation that Italian companies have taken in the last 2 years.
Thanks to the adoption of the same methodology, the use of constructs based on the same logic as the 2014-15 survey, we will be able to tell the reader how Italian companies are concretely approaching the 4.0 paradigm, capturing similarities and elements of difference between the pre- and post-Industry 4.0 scenario of the Italian government.
