Paolo Ricco says, “For this project, which in our 35-year history I think was one of the most important steps, as we decided to change the management system after almost 25 years of use, we decided to rely on a reliable partner, which was Clarex and Regesta. We chose them because they proved to be very competent and focused on the metal sector from the very beginning, so on our specific sector.”
Through the adoption of SAP S/4HANA, Trafilspec ITS integrates all business processes into an intelligent and scalable platform, flanked by a new MES system and EDI infrastructure to automate data exchange with customers and suppliers.
Fabrizio Ricco adds, “Digitization gives us the opportunity to delegate repetitive tasks to intelligent software, freeing up resources for strategic and higher value-added activities.”
