The third edition of the Regesta Academy Controlling Pathway is about to start.

The course is developed in six one-day modules that will take place at our Brescia headquarters, with a mix of theoretical notions, practical exercises, moments of discussion among participants, in-depth discussions with external speakers, and testimonials from specialists in Management Control.

The speaker will be our senior consultant Silvia Cuter, a specialist in Finance and Controlling with decades of experience in the manufacturing sector. Her task will be to accompany the participants during the lectures by providing operational tools and encouraging the exchange of ideas and experiences, creating a real shared path to the discovery of Management Control.

The course is suitable for both practitioners in management control and dedicated figures in the areas of administration and finance, CIOs and IT managers and has the following objectives:

  • coaching companies from the implementation of management control to the establishment of a Controlling office
  • The identification of the figures required and the skills needed
  • The definition of data collection, analysis and reporting
  • The analysis of marginalities by size and variance testing
