In compliance with Legislative Decree. 24/2023 of “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws” (“Legislative Decree 24/2023”), REGESTA SPA has activated a platform to enable the transmission of reports of breaches under Legislative Decree 24/2023 by persons envisaged by the legislation itself, so-called reporting persons.
