Regesta’s first Summer Open Day on Friday, July 5 was a real success. So many talents participated in this afternoon organized to get to know and be known and which we hope will soon lead to new collaborations.
We are constantly looking for new talent, and this event was a perfect opportunity to meet and discuss with those present many topics about our company, the expectations of candidates, and the soft skills we seek. Fundamental to the development of this last point was the speech by Ferdinando Acerbi, a Paralympic athlete, who emphasized how passion is the basis of success both at work and in everyday life.
