overcome the fragmentation of legacy systems to <strong>unify processes, branches and operational flows<\/strong> into a single digital ecosystem based<strong> on SAP S\/4HANA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As highlighted by <strong>Giuseppe Ciacci, COO of Acciai Vender<\/strong>, the heart of the project was<strong> the modern evolution of historically established business flows and logic<\/strong>, leveraging the robustness and flexibility of the SAP platform.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2>A strategic roll-out across 19 Group companies<\/h2>\n<p>The project, which began in 2022, includes a<strong> phased implementation plan involving all 19 group companies.<\/strong> Leveraging <strong>Regesta Group&#8217;s<\/strong> deep <strong>specialization in the Metal vertical<\/strong>, the new infrastructure brings immediate benefits on three strategic assets: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>data-driven decisions<\/strong>: centralization of information to provide management with an unambiguous, consistent, real-time view of global business performance;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advanced logistics and traceability<\/strong>: native integration between SAP ERP and automated warehouses, optimizing material handling and ensuring total lot control throughout the supply chain;<\/li>\n<li><strong>commercial speed<\/strong>: The adoption of the product configurator has optimized bid processing time, making the sales area fully connected with planning and production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This digitalization path now allows
