The project also supported by other Brescia companies including Antares Vision, Copan and Smeup-with the sponsorship of the University of Brescia and the Municipality of Brescia-is open to 20 young graduates, undergraduates or high school graduates between the ages of 20 and 30 who are passionate about the digital world. The young people will be trained by a team of professionals and entrepreneurs with the aim of developing human skills (soft skills) and practical techniques (hard skills) to deal with the change taking place in the area of digitalization, with a wealth of tools needed to overcome the challenges of the future. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second edition of the digital course, designed by <\/span><b>WAU &#8211; We Talent,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  goes a step further and allows young people, once they have completed their classroom lessons, to gain experience directly within partner companies. The goal is twofold: to help young people find the company where they can best express their qualities and to respond to a widespread need for companies to intercept young talent. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;I<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> advantages of such an orientation course are mutual<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">says <\/span><b>Stefano Pagliarini<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Regesta partner &#8211;<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">young people can learn what the real work dynamics are.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">while for us it is a chance to attract talent and give them a real opportunity. We are not looking for jobs, we are looking for people, and once they join Regesta their training does not stop. Our goal is to give these young people the tools to become valuable resources professionally, but also the chance to realize themselves according to their personal aptitudes. This is why Regesta People was born, a real brand within the brand that puts Regesta people at the center of the system with concrete corporate wellness tools.&#8221;     <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training will take place from <\/span><b>March 22 to April 5 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at the<\/span><b> CSMT Innovative Contamination Hub, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a longtime supporter of the WAU project, at via<\/span><b> Branze 45 in Brescia, in presence,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for a total of <\/span><b>80 hours of training (40 hours soft skills + 40 hours hard skills)<\/b> <b>that will end with internships or apprenticeships within the companies supporting the project<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. They will explore topics such as: time and stress management, communication, happy goals, new paradigms of the digital enterprise, leadership models and styles, cyber security, supply chain digitization, artificial intelligence, and other topical issues. In addition to human skills development, students will understand how digitization is impacting processes and changing business procedures.
