The declaration, together with the receipt of submission issued by the Revenue Agency, must then be delivered to the supplier, or to customs (Legislative Decree 175\/2014). <\/p>\n<p>Until Feb. 11, 2015, traders can deliver or send the declaration of intent to their transferor or supplier in the old way. In this case, the supplier will not have to verify that the declaration of intent has been submitted to the Internal Revenue Service. However, for declarations of intent that are also effective for transactions entered into after Feb. 11, 2015, there is an obligation, <strong>as of Feb. 12, 2015<\/strong>, to transmit the declarations electronically and to verify that the declaration has been submitted to the Internal Revenue Service.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Regesta <\/strong>has developed a<strong> new procedure for automated management of letters of intent on SAP.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Features will be incorporated into a new dashboard that will allow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Create new letters of intent (either online or in bulk from excel files)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Print the letters on the DI template (both punctual and massive)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Generate the PdF (both punctual and massive) to be sent to the supplier<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Generate the communication file to be sent to the Internal Revenue Service<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>print the register of letters of
