This is why continuous evaluation and updating of the system is essential. <\/p>\n<p>To turn it into an effective support tool within companies, the idea would then be to make an intelligent agent that can respond in a &#8220;human&#8221; way to users&#8217; questions, <strong>leveraging both the general knowledge of ChatGPT and the context-specific knowledge that is provided through files of various formats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In this way,&nbsp;<strong>the system is able to access not only the vast knowledge base of Chat GPT<\/strong>, but also the context-specific information provided.
