To participate and apply for the <strong>Business Transformation category<\/strong>, you must meet at least two of the following criteria: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>involvement<\/strong>: more than 500 users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project duration<\/strong>: more than 6 months<\/li>\n<li><strong>estimated commitment<\/strong>: more than 900 days per person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let&#8217;s get to <strong>the heart of our winning project<\/strong> and find out how it was developed by Regesta, Clarex and ORI Martin.<\/p>\n<h2>Implementing SAP S\/4HANA in the Cloud: key points of the journey<\/h2>\n<p>The new <strong>SAP S\/4HANA<\/strong> system <strong>in the cloud went live in January 2023 simultaneously on 9 ORI Martin Group companies<\/strong>, including 4 with production plants, encompassing all business processes: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sales and distribution<\/li>\n<li>production<\/li>\n<li>quality management<\/li>\n<li>purchasing and warehousing<\/li>\n<li>finance and control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A <strong>product configurator with more than 1,000 features<\/strong> has been activated and integrated with production planning, sales and management control processes.<\/p>\n<p>ORI Martin&#8217;s production process involves, for the same sales order, processing steps on various plants belonging to different companies in the group;
