decided to participate in the Link&amp;Lead project, a corporate employee engagement platform, with the aim of driving and stimulating participation on LinkedIn by our employees by forming brand ambassadors and thus incentivizing social selling.<\/p>\n<p>There were three main objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen employees&#8217; digital communication skills to turn them into <strong>brand ambassadors<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strengthen, digital <strong>communication <\/strong>and, on the HR side,<strong>employer branding<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Increase the number of page <strong>followers<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of this, of course, was supported by intensive training delivered through video tutorials with tests to acquire ranking points, which enabled
